Michael leads the kitchen and food program at Mill & Whistle. He's a recent transplant to Vermont and excited to get to know this community.

Drew is a Mechanical Engineer, foodie, and serial entrepreneur with deep experience in digital marketing, technical architecture, and AI. Mill & Whistle has been a dream in the making for many years and is his first foray into the hospitality industry.

LIZ CHRISTO
Liz’s first job was scooping ice cream at a small cafe and her passion for food and service has stuck with her over the years. With the opening of Mill & Whistle, she is excited to return to her roots in hospitality. Liz is a VC by day and hopes her software and investing experience translates in some small way to this new adventure.
